Create Custom Alerts For Parts & Attachments Requests In Fast Track

When a potential customer submits a Need To Locate message for a part or attachment in the exclusive Fast Track dealer network, you can now set up notifications to inform you when they match your specific criteria. Simply click the bell icon to create a Custom Alert. A Custom Alert Match is similar to the Auto-Search Matches that Fast Track generates when a buyer submits a Need To Locate for a part number you have in stock, but you can customize a Custom Alert to notify you about all model numbers with “777” in them, for example, or all descriptions with “cylinder” in the text. Matching “hits” are highlighted for visibility in your Inbox, which you can filter to display only your Custom Alert Matches. Custom Alerts are customizable on a per-user basis, so each Fast Track user in your organization can create their own.

Find Attachments Based On The Machines They Fit

It’s now easier to find the right attachments and components on Sandhills trade sites and mobile apps, thanks to a new update. After you use the Attachment Category faceted search filter to pick out the type of attachment or component you want, you can now drill down more readily to a machine it’s compatible with. Tap or click the Fits-To Information button, then select a machine category. Next, click or tap Fits-To Manufacturer, and then choose a brand. Finally, tap or click Fits-To Model, select a model number, and choose Apply Filter & Close.

Stagger Auction Lots, Create Packages & More In The Auction Management App

The Auction Management app in the Sandhills Cloud has received several upgrades and enhancements. There are new Pre Auction and Post Auction Dashboards for standalone AuctionTime sales. You can view the main stats of your sales in a centralized view with tabbed navigation, easy switching between rings, new offline lot features, and backup bidder info available for sale. Also, Auction Management now incorporates all the features of the consignment portal, so you can create and update consignment packages, add listings, and view leads right in the app. Finally, you can now set stagger times on individual auction lots if you prefer to sell certain items at a different pace.

Free Facebook Marketplace Export Perk Gets Even Sweeter

In response to dealer feedback, Sandhills has updated its browser extension that lets all active advertisers export inventory to Facebook Marketplace, completely free of charge. You can now post vehicle listings for sale, and you can also include up to 20 images and brief videos (under 1 minute long). New tooltip prompts help you notice empty fields that Facebook requires you to fill out, such as color. And finally, a new sorting option lets you bulk-select up to 10 listings across multiple pages.
