60-DAY PROVEN PROTECTION PLAN — ADVERTISING DISCLOSURE: Available on eligible Class 5–8 trucks; Class 8 trucks must have fewer than 600,000 miles at coverage inception. Coverage extends up to 60 days from the sales invoice date and up to 20,000 miles driven during that period. National Truck Protection covers eligible parts and labor during days 1–30, subject to a $10,000 cumulative cap. During days 31–60, National Truck Protection and the customer share eligible parts and labor costs 50%/50%, subject to a $10,000 cumulative cap. Coverage includes eligible failed mechanical and electrical components, including engine, drivetrain, HVAC, aftertreatment, fuel, cooling, steering, suspension, and electrical systems, subject to plan exclusions. Any applicable active extended service contract or third-party warranty provides primary coverage.
Administrator pre-approval is required before repairs begin; unauthorized repairs are excluded. Customers must authorize all diagnostic charges. For pre-approval, call (, option 2 (Claims); locate approved International repair facilities through the NTP Portal. No rental or towing coverage. Exclusions include routine maintenance and wear items; brakes; wheels and tires; cab, body, interior, cosmetic items and batteries; clutch wear parts; pneumatic components; belts, hoses, freeze plugs, safety and visibility equipment, and communication devices. Gaskets, seals, O-rings, fasteners, retainers and filters are excluded unless required for a covered mechanical breakdown. Additional exclusions include abuse, misuse, improper operation or maintenance, wear-out, accidents, environmental or external damage, improper or contaminated fluids, continued operation after failure, consequential or indirect expenses, OEM upgrades, recalls, design changes, Technical Service Bulletins, repairs covered elsewhere, shop supplies and specified fees, inaccurate or unverifiable claims, and failures outside the continental United States or Canada.
