Midco Sales is proud to offer this new Peterbilt 389 equipped with a Jerr-Dan HDR 1000 50/60 Ton Rotator. Built for demanding heavy-duty towing and recovery operations, this impressive rotator combines the power of a 605 HP Cummins X15 diesel engine with Jerr-Dan's advanced recovery equipment, extensive onboard storage and premium operator features.
The Peterbilt 389 features an 8x4 axle configuration, Allison 4700RDS-P automatic transmission and Neway air ride suspension. Its Ultra Day Cab is outfitted with the Platinum interior package in Arctic Gray, leather air suspension seats with lumbar support, SmartNav infotainment, GPS navigation and keyless entry. Exterior appointments include a Texas-style chrome steel bumper, power mirrors and cab air ride suspension.
The Jerr-Dan HDR 1000 features a three-stage recovery boom, dual Ramsey 50,000 lb main winches and dual Ramsey 20,000 lb auxiliary winches. Additional recovery equipment includes S130 two-section outriggers, a mid-boom underlift with in-cab controls, a 20,000 lb aluminum spreader bar and an extensive assortment of heavy-duty towing and recovery accessories.
This truck is equipped with the Jerr-Dan JFB Gold Package, providing organized storage for chains, binders, snatch blocks, recovery tools and additional equipment. The package includes a 57-inch tunnel box, rotary chain rack, tilt-down drawers, sliding chain board and C-Tech aluminum toolbox.
For improved visibility and operator convenience, the rotator features a comprehensive lighting package with Whelen LED lighting, boom-mounted work lights, outrigger lights and a 72-inch amber LED light bar. Additional features include a backup camera, underlift camera mount and wireless remote controls with paddle swing functionality.
Finished in VPR Red with gloss black recovery components, this Peterbilt 389 offers a distinctive appearance to complement its heavy-duty capabilities.
