TEST RAN OK AS PICTURED, SEE VIDEO. NO SIGNIFICANT SMOKE OR BLOWBY OBSERVED DURING COLD TEST RUN, APPROX 70 LBS OIL PRESSURE OBSERVED. GOVERNOR IS SET FOR GENERATOR AND DOES NOT RUN SMOOTHLY ON FLOOR, ENGINE SEEMS TO BE OK.
