A telescopic trunnion-mount hoist, air-operated tailgate with sludge locks and spreader chains, electric mesh tarp, and center console controls give the driver control over the dump without leaving the cab. The Cummins X12 at 500 hp with an Allison 4500 RDS-P, an engine brake, and a driver-controlled locking differential give it the power and traction to work a loaded body on grades and soft ground. A 50 ton pintle hitch, trailer brake controller, and gladhands also let it pull a pup trailer.
