Engine & Drivetrain

Features a tilt/telescoping adjustable steering column with a leather-wrapped, multi-function premium steering wheel (Peterbilt logo, audio, and cruise controls) and cab air suspension. Glass includes a one-piece curved windshield and a fixed one-piece day-cab rear window with dark tint, plus power door locks and power windows. Comfort features include a combo fresh-air heater/air conditioner and a floor-mounted cup holder. Body & Equipment
Fitted with a 17'6" x 99" Heritage Steel Smooth Side dump body. Sides stand 48" tall in 3/16" AR-450 steel with a front-only side post, a 3/16" rear post, and a formed 3/16" AR-450 top rail, with brackets installed for future 8" sideboards. The floor is 1/4" AR-450 plate with 3/16" formed longsills and a formed bottom rail. The bulkhead is 3/16" AR-450, built for a trunnion-style hoist, with a full cab shield using 10-gauge material and a 6" face. The 54" tailgate is 3/16" AR-450 with a 6" slope, two panels with horizontal bracing only, an overslung air-operated hi-lift with HD cylinders and access panels in the rear post, installed tailgate chains, air tailgate controls, three coal doors, and salt locks on each side. Hydraulics consist of a trunnion-mount telescopic front hoist, a hotshift PTO for the Allison automatic transmission, a direct-mount pump with shifter valve and feathering valve air control, a control tower between the seats for body, strobe, and tarp controls, a rear-mounted pump kickout switch, a steel hydraulic tank mounted on the frame side, and a 3-line system with shutoff valves; PTO-engaged and body-up indicator lights are in the dash, with the body-up alarm installed in the control tower to comply with MASSDOT requirements. Lighting includes an LED body light package, combo rear stop/turn/tail lights in the rear posts, and strobes mounted in front of the cab shield and in each rear post. Additional body equipment includes a driver-side front ladder with a step below the bottom rail, front inside steps, Heritage mud flaps front (30" with anti-sail brackets) and rear (hook/strap-mounted with chains), a driver-side shovel holder, and a 3" weld-on rear apron with side push plates. An Aero electric-arm flip tarp system with mesh material is installed. Chassis-integrated body equipment includes round combo rear chassis lights in a hinge-mounted ID cluster plate, a 1" pintle plate with a 30-ton hitch (28" height) and 7-prong HD plug, frame-mounted glad-hands, an installed body prop, and a back-up alarm. The body is finished in a sandblasted, primed, single-color paint matched to the truck's red cab, with a black frame and black body accents.

Front: 20-ply 315/80R22.5 M870 tires mounted on Alcoa 89U637 22.5x9.00 high-polish aluminum wheels. Rear: 16-ply 11R24.5 M863 tires (qty 8) mounted on Alcoa 985657 24.5x8.25 high-polish aluminum wheels, severe service rated.
