The engine was also tested on a test bench to ensure that all components meet the manufacturer’s original specifications, guaranteeing reliable and compliant performance. Work performed: replace cylinder liners replace piston assemblies replace main bearings replace connecting rod bearings replace flywheel housing replace air compressor seal replace seals and O-rings on the oil cooler tube replace six connecting rod assemblies replace all hydraulic pressure hoses recondition six injectors replace turbo diaphragm actuator replace cylinder head assembly 90 days (or 25000 km) warranty on parts in oil only. This warranty will be honored only at our garage. Towing not included.
