Rectangular product tanks constructed of ASTM-A36, 3/16" steel plate utilizing 2" radius corners with overlapping welds Sight glass type indicators with reflector screens shall be installed on the outward face of product tanks. Tanks include screw-on type caps, vents and gaskets Tanks include 3" fill neck to allow for inspection Ball shutoff valves installed on bottom of all product tanks for ease of serviceability Bottom of all product tanks are coated with polyurethane bedliner material Magnetic plugs in oil product tanks Oil tanks: Oil #1 - 75 gallons Oil #2 - 75 gallons Oil #3 - 75 gallons Oil #4 - 75 gallons One (1) Coolant Tank 50 gallon capacity, stainless steel construction One (1) Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) Tank 50 gallon capacity, stainless steel construction One (1) Used Oil Tank 100 gallon capacity HOSE REEL CABINET Structural steel unistrut track is used for mounting hose reels. The design allows for easy installation and removal of hose reels and adjustment of reel spacing. Polyurethane bedliner material in bottom of reel cabinet Rollup style door used to enclose reel cabinet ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: A power distribution point is located in the rear hose reel cabinet with fuse protection for the systems. SO cable is used to distribute from the primary point to the other system locations. COMPRESSED AIR SYSTEM: Compressed air system shall be an Atlas Copco 30 cfm air compressor with a hydraulic drive motor. Compressed air system will include a Graco heavy duty reel complete with 50' X 3/8" hose assembly with quick disconnect coupler. System shall include a 30 gallon compressed air reservoir built to ASME code PLUMBING: All plumbing shall be done using hose of the appropriate size, color and pressure rating for each system. All hose connections shall be with steel swivel fittings. HYDRAULIC SYSTEM: Hydrapak or equivalent hydraulic oil cooling package utilized to maintain reduced oil temperatures during operation. Oil system for product pump systems and Hydrapak uses approx. 4-6 gallons of oil. Installation includes a PTO assembly (air shift for manual transmission or electric shift assembly for automatic transmission) and main hydraulic pump. Solenoid operated hydraulic manifold controls fuel. and oil system pumps. Manifold includes check valves and pressure switches Hydraulic lines are color coded for ease of diagnostics or replacement. DIESEL FUEL SYSTEM: 1,000 Gallon Fuel System includes the following: SWP-XP2 positive displacement hydraulic driven diesel pump system with internal valve, fusible link, EVC control and "Y" strainer. Hannay heavy duty hose reel, 50' X 1" hose assembly Each reel complete with ball stop, swivel and dispense nozzle FPP TS-15 fuel meter Donaldson in-line single head fuel filter included. Shutoff ball valves installed on supply and return side of the filter. DIESEL EXHAUST FLUID (DEF) SYSTEM: DEF System includes the following: Lincoln 85623 air operated diaphragm pump, Graco spring rewind reel, 50' x 1/2" hose, ball stop and full flow stainless dispense nozzle. OIL PRODUCT SYSTEMS: Oil Systems each include the following: Heavy duty hydraulic driven variable flow gear pump Graco heavy duty hose reel, 50' X 1/2" hose, ball stop and Graco metered nozzle. COOLANT SYSTEM: Coolant System includes the following: Lincoln air driven diaphragm pump, Graco reel, 50' x 3/8" hose, ball stop and 845 water bibcock dispense nozzle. USED SALVAGE OIL: Used Oil System includes the following: Lincoln double diaphragm pump with regulator and 4-way directional valve, Hannay heavy duty hose reel with 1" x 25’ hose assembly, end nipple and ball stop. GREASE SYSTEM: Lincoln model 82050 50:1 air pump . 120 lb. keg kit with follower plate and cabinet Graco heavy-duty hose reel with 50' X 3/8" high pressure hose assembly, swivel, ball stop and Lincoln #740 control valve. STORAGE & CABINETS: SWP Lube Body includes the following: Underbody tool boxes, two top deck filter storage compartments with adjustable shelves Used filter compartment located in rear reel cabinet plumbed to the oil salvage system. Full reel enclosure with rollup door and side body skirting. Cabinet doors shall be mounted using a 4" hinge with backing plate. SWP PERFORMANCE LIGHT PACKAGE Package includes (6) LED side-facing lights; (2) Fuel Tank mounted, (1) Reel Cabinet mounted per side and a 62" LED Rear Light Bar mounted at top of reel cabinet (includes strobe, backup and flood). LED Light strips included in reel compartment, air compressor cabinet and underbody cabinet for valves and pumps.
