This means this is a much bigger engine than is in a typical box truck. Bigger engine equals longer lifespan because all of the components are larger and less prone to failure. Usually a 500-600k mile engine as compared to the normal ISB engine which is typically a 300-400k mile engine. The bigger Allison Transmission also helps the longevity of this unit.
