No equipment will be released until payment has been made in full! ALL ITEMS SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS. NO WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Due diligence and inspect any equipment yourself to guarantee working order/condition. All sales are final. If you have questions on equipment, please call or email before making a bid. Buyer is responsible for making shipping arraignments. Items must be removed within two weeks of auction conclusion. Any of the purchased items not picked up within 21 days may be subject to storage fees or reselling equipment without reimbursement. Payment must be made by Wire, Bank check or cash. Payments must be made and cleared within one week of auction date. Shannon Realty Services will send out invoices and wire instructions to the same email address that was used for registration with after the conclusion of the sale. A paid receipt will be sent to your email after a payment is made. In order to pick up your equipment, you must have a paid receipt.
A $35 title processing fee will be added to ALL titled vehicles and trailers.
Titles will be mailed to the address registered with Auction Time, which is displayed on the invoice. If you would like to change the mailing address, please contact the auction company. Titles will be assigned to either the individual or legal business entity provided on the Buyer’s invoice.
