Turnkey, high-capacity fuel & lube truck designed to keep your equipment running and minimize downtime in the field. Built on a rugged Freightliner 114SD Plus chassis and equipped with a premium Elliott service body, this unit is ideal for construction, mining, and fleet maintenance operations.
Features a 2,000-gallon modified elliptical fuel tank (DOT-406 design) along with a full multi-fluid package including:
• (3) 200-gallon oil tanks
• (1) 250-gallon used oil tank
• (2) 100-gallon DEF/oil tanks
• (1) 75-gallon oil tank
• (1) 55-gallon anti-freeze tank (poly)
Engineered for durability with double-wall tank corners, internal baffles, stainless DEF construction, and integrated sight gauges.
Powered by a PTO-driven, load-sense hydraulic system with pressure/flow compensation, master valve bank, and heat exchanger for reliable performance in demanding conditions.
Complete service capability includes:
• Diesel fuel system with hydraulic-driven pump, mechanical meter, and 70’ electric rewind reel
• (5) oil dispense systems with Hannay reels and Graco valves
• Used oil recovery system with diaphragm pump and 4-way valve
• DEF system with air-operated pump and automatic nozzle
• Grease system (50:1 ratio)
• Anti-freeze system with dedicated reel and pump
Additional equipment includes a 30 CFM air compressor system, LED work lights, rear beacons, backup alarm, and a full cold-weather heating package with immersion heaters, heat blanket, and inverter.
Safety and convenience features include ladder with grab handles, fire extinguisher, and spill kit.
