Overview
This 2025 Peterbilt 567 conventional day cab is configured as a roll-off truck for refuse, scrap, and recycling hauling in on-highway service, built around a 22' Galfab roll-off hoist.
Engine & Drivetrain
Powered by an X15 engine rated 450 HP (governed at 2,000 RPM) with 1,750 lb-ft of torque at 950 RPM, model year 2025, 2024-series emissions. Paired with an Allison 4500 RDS-P Rugged Duty Series transmission, Gen 6, in a 6-speed configuration with a dash-mounted push-button shifter. Rear axle ratio is 4.30 with differential lock on the tandem axles and speed interlock. Hot-shift PTO factory-installed for the Allison 4000-series transmission, with a dash-mounted single-acting electric-over-hydraulic PTO control and a remote PTO/throttle provision in the engine bay. PACCAR 160-amp brushed alternator and three PACCAR premium 12V dual-purpose batteries (2,190 CCA) round out the electrical system.
Chassis & Axles
Front axle: PACCAR FX-20 steer axle rated 20,000 lbs with a 4" drop and taper leaf springs. Rear axle: Meritor RT46-160 rated 46,000 lbs. GVWR is 66,000 lbs (GAWR front 20,000 lbs / rear 23,000 lbs per axle, tandem). GCW is rated at 93,000 lbs. Wheelbase measures 277". Frame consists of 10-3/4" steel rails (355"-384") at 3/8" thickness with a full steel inner liner, HD iron front spring brackets, zinc-coated anti-corrosion-treated rails, and aluminum frame rail crossmembers. Maximum grade rating is 6%. Air disc brakes front and rear with severe-service disc brake rotors for refuse applications, PHP10 iron Preset Plus hubs, Bendix Smart ATC traction control, ABS (6S6M), and a Bendix AD-HF EP air dryer with heater.
Suspension
Hendrickson HMX EX 460 rear suspension rated 46,000 lbs with a 54" spread, Haulmaax and a 70K creep rating, plus an HMX EX double rebound strap kit. Front end rides on taper leaf springs with Tenneco shocks.
Cab & Interior
Aluminum day cab (no sleeper) with Metton hood, stainless steel crown and grille with tilt assist, thermal insulation package, and SmartSound cab insulation. Premier interior in Sterling Gray with a rubber floor. Adjustable tilt/telescoping steering column with a premium leather-wrapped multi-function steering wheel featuring the PB logo, audio, and cruise controls. Air-ride, high-back driver seat and high-back passenger seat, both in vinyl with black seat color, driver's armrest (RH), and a toolbox with tow hook holders under the passenger seat. Cab air suspension included. ConcertClass AM/FM/weatherband radio with 3.5mm aux, a midlevel 4-speaker package, Bluetooth phone/audio, USB port, and CB radio wiring/antenna provisions. Main instrument panel features a 15" digital cluster display with bright bezel gauges, drive axle front and rear oil temperature gauges, and engine/PTO hourmeters. Body & Equipment
Fitted with a Galfab OR75-174 series roll-off hoist, 22' hoist factory-mounted at Galfab. Equipped with a hot-shift PTO for the Allison 4000-series transmission, hydraulic pump and valve, hose kit, severe-duty rear hinge package, hydraulic valve cover, ICC bumper fold-up with DOT light kit, a tri-axle poly contour fender kit, and auxiliary stops, plus an auto load cover system with extended arms, gantry-mounted. Chassis-rated for a 204" body length and 162" body height with a 7,500 lb max laden weight. Steel bumper, deep tapered and chromed, with two tow points. Rubber fender lips (4.5" wide) and a textured, NFPA-compliant exterior cab entry grabhandle. (5) aero LED marker lights, incandescent square stop/turn/tail/backup lighting, and (2) incandescent load lights. Backup alarm rated 107 dB, HAZMAT-approved fire extinguisher, and a triangle reflector kit shipped loose. Single right-hand exhaust with DPF/SCR under cab, curved-tip standpipe, and chrome exhaust pipe. 26" aluminum 100-gallon fuel tank (LH, under cab) with a non-slip step, fuel cooler, and polished tank/straps; DEF tank (14-gallon HD, LH BOC) with a polished stainless steel cover. Exterior finished in white (cab, hood, fenders, hood top, cab roof) over a black frame, two-stage Axalta paint.
Tires & Wheels
Front and rear: 20-ply 315/80R22.5 Bridgestone M870 tires on Alcoa 22.5x9.00 high-polish aluminum wheels, Dura-Bright finish front and rear, with mirror-polish outer wheel surfaces and wheel guards fitted to the tandem axle.
