It needs adjustment or replacement. The license plate light is in-op, the left upper work light is in-op, the Cab ID lights are in-op, and the light bar on the passenger side is missing its end cap. The engine air filter housing is cracked and broken. Unable to clip the housing together. But it has a newer air filter. Left side grid is missing it’s T-bolt.
