Get Professional Quotes In Minutes With Quick Quotes

Producing polished, professional quote sheets used to be time-consuming, especially for those who are less computer-savvy. With Inventory Management, there’s no more wasting time and money on manually creating equipment quotes or hiring out the work. With the app, available in the Sandhills Cloud, dealers can send professional, detailed quotes in under two minutes.

    How It Works

The Quick Quote feature automatically pulls asset details and images stored in Inventory Management, so dealers only need to enter a price, expiration date, and customer information. Each quote is branded with your company logo, and all quotes are tracked with the associated inventory and customer for future reference.

The Quick Quote feature is available for free in the mobile-friendly Inventory Management app. From your inventory list, select the Quick Quote icon to the right of the asset. Input the prospective buyer’s details. Enter a custom price and an expiration date. Quick Quote will do the rest. You will have a polished quote sheet with multiple asset photos, detailed specs, a list price, and the quote price. The quote also includes an expiration date to entice the buyer to act quickly.

You can then email the quote to your buyer or print the PDF. Each quote is tracked to the associated inventory and to the customer for future reference.

To generate a quote, simply click the Quote button next to the asset in your inventory list. Or, if you’re a Fast Track Iron user, click the gear icon in the upper right of your listing and select Quote.

Create Quotes Even Faster From Listings

If you’re a Fast Track Iron user, you also have the option to generate quotes directly from your inventory on trade sites like MachineryTrader.com. Just click the gear icon in the upper right corner of your listing and select Quote. Contact your Sandhills rep for more information.

    Quick Quotes For Parts

You can now create Quick Quotes for parts in addition to equipment, trucks, and trailers, through the Inventory Management app or the Sales Management app in the Sandhills Cloud. Your quote will include:

    • Your company logo and contact information
    • The name of the person who prepared the quote
    • The intended recipient of the quote
    • The date the quote was created
    • The asset price
    • An expiration date at the top of the page

Quotes can be emailed, printed, or converted to a PDF.
